Lessons to learn from everyone

Hey lovely people. In today's article, we will be diving deep into the intrinsic nature of human health. Starting with, black plastic containers that are used in almost every Indian household, these containers may contain some toxic chemicals that may cause serious health hazards in children's and adults.

As you might be aware, today's world has evolved substantially. It's imperative to adopt healthy lifestyle habits that will make you a better and stronger person. It's about embracing your individuality and staying true to your beliefs. These 10 minute delivery apps like Zomato and Swiggy Instamart are creating illusion in the minds of people who are stopping at nothing to consume these ultra processed foods. These type of foods cause obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, increases the risk of developing life threatening disease cancer and other major lifestyle habits.

Now, this is one of the many things that's happening around and since my blog revolves around pretty much everything, we will discuss more aspects about lifestyle. It's going to be difficult at first to adopt these changes but it will do you more good than bad if you can follow these practises. Adopt intermittent fasting, take more fruits and vegetables, exercise and meditate regularly, adopt healthy lifestyle practises. People who are sitting at screens and indulging in eating fast food will get bad results. It's better to understand the requirements of your body and then engage in things that suit your bodily functions.

So, we come across so many things online. WhatsApp University is a thing. Information circulated online is so vast and diverse that anyone can get lost in it completely. So, it's about accomodating your requirements with the changes of the nature/environment to get desired results. I want to tell you that you can get good results and opportunities. Information being shared online is not always correct. But we as individuals, should be concerned about our personal data.

In every scam that occurs, a fraudster establishes contact with you over call. They have all your personal details and they threaten you with various consequences if you do not obey their instructions. They order you to follow their steps and then, you become a puppet. Digital arrest is a thing. Things get more dark when you are made aware about the hidden dark web. Most people are clueless as to how these scams take place. Fraudsters open bank accounts of poor people by impersonating their Aadhar Card and PAN card details. They issue several sim cards on the name of these poor people. Then, these villagers are promised that they would get 5k every month. Now, these fraudsters siphon off money from high value individuals into these poor people's Bank accounts. From there, money is transferred to various different bank accounts that is based in Dubai, Pakistan, SriLanka and other foreign countries. Now, in India, if a crime occurs in let's say UP, the jurisdiction of UP police will hold true until the boundaries of UP state only. In India, when these criminals steal a mobile device( as many as 14L devices have been stolen based on the data made available by Home Ministry), these scamsters keep changing their locations. Let's say that they made a call from Noida, now their will move to MP, and then Mizoram and so on. The cybercrime investigators are unable to catch the criminals on time because of the time required to get required permission for entering the designated territory.

This has happened with me and if we look at the data, then it's not surprising to believe that most families are affected by these cybercrimes. I have been made confused by these black men. Now, many people think that these people are one single entity. You need to understand that this industry has become highly profitable and people orchestrating these scams are diligent and persistent. They employ sophisticated measures to trick innocent individuals into divulging sensitive personal information and crucial knowledge to these people. Victims are not aware of the measures in place to tackle these organized cybercrimes. In India, you are supposed to dial 1930 (National Cybercrime Hotline).

My experience has been nothing short of horrible with this helpline. While the people attending your inquiry are professionally trained and educated, the call quality and response time is pathetic. Everytime, I have to explain the issue from beginning and the representative isn't patient enough to entertain my request. They hung up and I have to start from scratch. When I lost my mobile in Bengaluru, I complained in Yelahanka Police Station. I had lost my mobile phone in Bagalur Cross Bus Stop. While boarding the bus, some miscreant took away my mobile and when I entered fully crowded bus, I realized that I don't have my mobile with me. I alerted the conductor and he told me to get down and complain. An old man accompanied with me also mentioned the same thing. We went to police station and narrated our ordeal. Police authirities asked for crucial information like IMEI code and other related information. They asked my native state. I told them that I am from Himachal and they immediately told me that this is not under our jurisdiction. So, this is what happens in India. It becomes virtually impossible to safeguard yourself from these threats.

This was one incident that completely shook me to the core. My mobile was in working condition and what's annoying was that I had recharged both sims in the mobile to facilitate communication with my family members. The recharge reflected when I bought a new phone. I had recently seen an advertisement in the TOI newspaper and decided that I would like to buy this phone. So, I got it with parent's assistance. Similar incident was reported to me by my friend, in Delhi. While he was in ISBT Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi, some miscreant tried to steal his brand new One Plus mobile phone. My friend was alert and didn't give in to the miscreant's force. He grabbed him by his hand and took him to police station. So, if you are alert and vigilant, you will protect yourself from getting caught. It you aren't alert, you will find yourself in trouble.

My advise to you, is that always keep absorbing new Information. There is no use to spread hatred by denigrating Muslims. These Muslims are spread like insects just like us Hindus and other minority communities. Look at the grand aspect. How can you provide your services to the nation? In India, we have world's largest population and that means we have the potential to leverage technology and youth energy to create an impact. If you keep criticizing and think negatively, you will create a loop around your neck that you will find yourself always stuck in. If I would have worried excessively about any situation, I wouldn't have been able to tell you all this. I decided to rise and share my experiences with you because I want you all to stay safe and healthy.

It is my endeavour to make you all aware. Repaated losses were incurred by me. I dreamt about visiting Ireland, USA, UK and many other countries. See, in India, RBI guidelines say that if the victim complains within 3 days, bank is liable to refund money to the victim. But banks are very clever. They make you approach police stations, file FIR, and then finally say that it was your mistake. If you yourself transferred funds to fraudsters's account, you are at fault here. So, bank will not refund your money. They will not even tell you that where the money was transferred and withdrawn. This is absolute shit. The information pertaining to where the money went after the transaction was made needs to be made available to the citizen. But this isn't done. I have suffered myself individually and would request all Indians to stay aware. Today, kids as old as 5 and elderly people as old as 95 are using smartphones to communicate. These are the most vulnerable group because they get scared very easily and can be lured into believing almost anything. Recently, Indian Crypto currency Trading Platform WazirX got hacked and many people lost their investments. In these cases, these apps are liable to pay every single bit of amount invested by the investors but they claim that they were not aware of these incidents and issue advisory cautioning investors to stay vigilant and remain invested. Doesn't this look bad? It does. It is heinous. Indian adults are affected by life threatening diseases. Staring computer screens for prolonged duration causes your spine to get corrupt, it doesn't stay erect, it causes digestion issues. If you move around a little and bring smile on people's faces, you will be cherished. You will create an example for others to follow. I, myself, don't talk politely to people but I am working on it. I look forward to making meaningful connections and close associates. But, I would deep down want all you people to stay safe and build healthy habits and always prioritise health and well being over anything else.
